WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Period

CRODER guarantees to the original purchaser:

  • Components: 1-Year Warranty from the date of original purchase.
  • Wheelsets: 2-Year Warranty from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including bearings, spokes, brake pads/CoroPads).
  • Damage caused by crashes, impact, or abuse.
  • Incorrect installation or non-compliance with Croder technical manuals.
  • Products that have been modified.
  • Commercial or rental use.

How to Request a Repair

If you need to arrange a repair or file a warranty claim, please email us at info@crodercycling.com with the following details:

 

  1. Your name, phone number, and shipping address.
  2. Order Number (if available) and Proof of Purchase.
  3. A brief description of the issue.
  4. Clear photos of the defect.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Cleaning & Inspection

Post-Ride: Wipe down components (chainrings, rotors, crank arms) immediately after every ride to remove sweat and dirt.
Deep Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral, bicycle-specific cleaning agents. Harsh chemicals can damage the finish and void your warranty.

Lubrication

Periodically lubricate the chain and drivetrain components with high-quality cycling lubricant appropriate for your riding conditions.

Aluminum Care

Aluminum alloys may show signs of surface oxidation if exposed to prolonged moisture or sweat. This is considered normal wear and tear but can be minimized by following strict cleaning protocols.

Check Your Status

Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the carrier's official site:

  • FedEx: Enter your tracking number on the FedEx website.
  • SF Express: Enter your tracking number on the SF Express website or app.
  • OCS: Input your Airway Bill (AWB) number on the OCS portal.
  • UPS: Enter your '1Z' tracking number on the UPS website.
