We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $119 USD.

 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 5-7 Business Days. (Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures in your country.)

 

Lead Time (Processing Time)

We inspect every component before shipping to ensure perfection.

  • In Stock Items: Ship within 1-3 Business Days.
  • Out of Stock: Approximately 15-30 Business Days for production and assembly.

※ Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Important Note : It may take up to 2+ weeks for a package to be processed into your country. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please e-mail us at info@crodercycling.com or send message to us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

14-Day Policy, Process & Refunds

ORDERS & RETURNS

◆ If there are any defects or damage with the item(s) you receive, please contact us at info@crodercycling.com within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment for a promopt refund or replacement.

◆ If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
Please notifying the order number, the name and the details of the goods to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part woruld be helpful.

◆Purchases made directly from crodercycling.com must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in new condition with the packaging intact and all documentation included. 

◆ Customer should pay the full cost of the return/exchange shipping. CRODER will only pay for return shipping if an item is defective.
 

◆ It takes 3 to 5 business days after a package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit to be issued to your account.

◆ CRODER cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, therefore we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.


◆ CRODER cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
