How to determine which angle of FDE Extender to use?

The selection of the FDE primarily depends on two factors. First, you need to confirm whether your front derailleur is electronic or mechanical.
Next, you can refer to your bike frame's geometry and choose based on the seat tube angle. According to the seat tube angle on your frame size chart:
If the seat tube angle is below 73 degrees, it is recommended to use the 0-degree FDE.
If the seat tube angle is 73 degrees or above, it is recommended to use the 4-degree FDE.
