Delivery times may depend on the location of the shipment address.

We’ll ship your order within 1-3 business days after you’ve placed it.

Usually, it would take 5-7 business days for delivery.


However, it may take longer due to Customs inspection, or during peak season or before some major festivals

Please check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders.

We cannot be responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete

shipping information provided by a customer.


SHIPPING METHOD


Shipments within Taiwan: Chunghwa Post / President Transnet Corp. / Kerry TJ / HCT

International shipments: DHL / TNT / FedEX / UPS / OCS / EMS


International shipments are processed through our shipper and then forwarded to

your local mail carrier for final delivery. If tracking has stalled for your shipment,

please use your tracking number with your local mail carrier for more tracking information.


Note that it may take up to 2+ weeks for a package to be processed into your country.

ORDERS & RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGE RULES


If there are any defects or damage with the item(s) you receive, please contact us at

[email protected] within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment for a

promopt refund or replacement.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.

Please notifying the order number, the name and the details of the goods to help us

determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part woruld be helpful.


Purchases made directly from crodercycling.com must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Products must be unused and in new condition with the packaging intact and all documentation included.


Customer should pay the full cost of the return/exchange shipping. CRODER will only pay for return shipping if an item is defective.


It takes 3 to 5 business days after a package arrives at our warehouse for your return

to be processed and a credit to be issued to your account.


CRODER cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, therefore we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

CRODER cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
